To have humility is to really know yourself: to know your place in the universe and to take it with pride. Often we are out of balance in our self-assessment and lose our sense of self-worth. In this practice we will rise to our fullest potential without getting bogged down by our ego. Through asana (postures) and pranayama (breath) we will balance our individual and universal selves. There are no yoga props available – please bring your own mat and anything else you need. All levels welcome.
