Most stories in Genesis are very famous and even children know them very well. Except for one! Chapter 38 is never taught in Hebrew Schools or in Christian Sunday Schools, and not many rabbis or ministers speak about it from the pulpit. The reason is very simple - that chapter is clearly rated R. Yet, it is a very important story if we want to understand our ancestor Judah.
